Poster Submissions

The Science on the Swan Committee invites abstract submissions for poster presentations.  Abstracts should relate to the conference theme and key content areas Science, Health and Community.

Posters should include the purpose of the study, a brief statement of methods, summary of results and conclusion.

Key Dates:

Abstract submissions close: TBC
Acceptance Notification: TBC


Cash prizes of $500 are available to the 10 best posters, submitted by Students/ECR/Clinical Trainees.

Abstract presentation criteria:

Abstracts should be no more than approx. 250 words (max. 1700 characters, including spaces).  

Poster Guidelines and Instructions will be included in your acceptance notification.

Please note: In order to display your poster at the conference, you must register and pay to attend the conference by TBC. A significant student discount is available and only applies to trainees, graduate and post-doctoral students.

Registration must be accompanied by a letter from the Supervisor or Department head indicating full time traineeship position. Please send the letter to
